Our mobile Trailers

At the Braai House Company we believe that your event ideas should not be restricted to location. Therefore BHC has commissioned three mobile trailers that have been custom built to our specifications and are designed to work in isolation or as set, to provide the means to cater events for upto 1500 people at any location without a catering facility.

Our clientele ranges from social to private and corporate events as we provide full mobile catering meal and beverage (Tap) services for weddings, concerts, festivals, sporting events and exhibitions

Mobile Kitchen

Elevate Events with Our Mobile Kitchen.

Our custom built trailer is a fully contained unit capable of handling a multitude of culinary tasks. The trailer has five large pass through windows, internal lighting and power outlets. The refrigeration system on board this unit uses both gas and electricity depending on the location and preference.

Mobile Tap

Refreshing Event Beverages On-the-Go.

Probably the life of the party. This trailer easily handles large crowds of varying tap requirements. The unit is fully equipped with industry specific equipment such a as double door display fridge, freezer and spirit dispensers. The trailer is equipped with large table tops and shelving, giving bar staff plenty of room to work and storage space. Lets not forget the sink for hygiene and continuous supply of clean glasses.

Mobile Grill

Savor Delectable BBQ at Your Event.

The BHC is known for its over the fire charcoal and wood barbecues and as such the mobile tailer line up wouldn’t have been complete. The mobile griller was custom designed to give our customers the BHC live cooking experience right at their venue. The capability and versatility of this grill adds to your event as it is easily the events center piece with its rotisserie, spit and smoker and of course the Santa Maria grill.
